Cegal is a global technology company specializing in energy and security. They deliver industry leading industry, world-class consulting, and mission critical cloud solutions. They have over 950 employees across 9 countries.
The Cegal executive team had created the long-term strategy for the company and needed to communicate this both internally, to their global team, and externally to their range of stakeholders. They wanted this re-focus to be reflected in an updated look, evolving their current visual identity slightly to show future direction.
Working with the company executive team we spent time understanding the strategy and who they needed to communicate to. Our goal was to translate the strategy into a compelling story which people would remember and buy into.
We also reviewed the existing brand guidelines and spoke to the team about the aspects of their visual identity which they wanted to maintain and utilise more heavily.
Based on the input, we created a campaign hook for the strategy – From subsea to surface and beyond. This campaign strapline provided a clear core message, reflecting the future direction.
We developed a new PowerPoint template and supporting PDF document which maintained the Cegal brand elements but provided them with a fresher, forward looking design. The strategy was then integrated into the template concisely. To support the presentation, we wrote two separate scripts, targeting the relevant stakeholders. These scripts were recorded as voice overs, and when combined with the presentation slides, they became two videos which clearly communicated their future plans to the relevant audience.
The Cegal marketing team were then able to roll these videos out internally and externally across their various communication channels.
“Thank you Project Neon, for your excellent advice and support in relation to the Cegal 2025 vision and strategy. Your contribution to developing the story and design has really made a difference. It was recognized and appreciated both by our employees and customers.”
